As Director of Corporate Finance, Michael is responsible for the origination and execution of debt financing opportunities for business owners, working closely with clients to optimize debt structures. He also provides access to lenders across multiple product types in order to secure a variety of attractive financing solutions. Michael supports his business owner clients through every step of the lending process, saving them countless hours of time navigating complex and ever-changing financial markets.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael was a Senior Vice President and SBA business development officer at Valley Bank, where he supported the needs of business owners seeking access to capital.
