As a Director at the firm, David is responsible for managing sell-side M&A transactions. He actively engages with clients and buyers, conducts in-depth market research and drives the negotiation process. He specializes in finding unique solutions to complex transaction issues faced by evolving businesses.
Prior to joining the firm, David spent five years working exclusively on mergers and acquisitions for M&A advisory and private equity firms. Over the course of his career, he has participated in more than 50 transactions, spanning dozens of industries.
David has bachelors’ degrees in economics and business management from the University of South Florida.
In his free time, David enjoys traveling with his wife, skiing, scuba diving, fishing and losing in golf.
