As an experienced M&A professional, Eric helps clients prepare for the successful sale of their companies. In doing so, he draws upon his experience as both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Building Service Executive.

Prior to joining Three Sixty Seven Advisors, Eric was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Varsity Facility Services, a leading North American building services firm with 5,000 employees located across all 50 states and Canada. While at the helm, he led Varsity in increasing its valuation by more than 500%. Prior to his role as President and CEO, he led Varsity in developing its national accounts, facility maintenance and construction divisions. He also spent 33 years leading the company’s acquisition strategies. Eric began his career in public accounting as a Senior Accountant and Information Systems Business Consultant for Arthur Anderson in San Francisco.

Eric graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University with a degree in Accounting and Information Systems.In 2021, he served as the President of the Building Services Contractors Association International, BSCAI.

In 1983, Eric married his high school sweetheart Kathy Hansen. 40 years later, they are blessed with five children and six grandchildren. Eric is active in music, fine arts, musical theater and sports, including golf, wrestling and pickleball. His favorite activities are found in the wilderness of the Rocky Mountains: fly fishing, mountain climbing and archery hunting. Eric lives in St George, Utah, and Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
