In his role as Vice President, Denton is responsible for supporting sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory engagements. He conducts financial analysis, develops marketing materials and coordinates business development functions.
Prior to joining the firm, Denton spent a summer as an analyst at KLH Capital, where he gained experience navigating transactions across multiple industries.
Denton has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida State University, as well as dual masters’ degrees in global commerce and global strategic management from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
Denton volunteers for numerous charitable organizations, including Metropolitan Ministries. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, boating, traveling and watching sports.
