Bryson Raver

A proven leader and business owner, Bryson understands first-hand the hard work and determination required to build and run a successful enterprise. He started his first company at nineteen years old, cleaning medical offices and banks during the evening while attending college in the daytime. He performed every job from janitor to CEO until his first acquisition in 2010.

 

From 2010 to 2018, he completed twenty transactions in the facility service and maintenance industries. In 2014 he was awarded the Up and Comers 30 Under 30 by Tampa Bay Business Journal. In early 2018, he sold his companies in order to pursue his true passion in mergers & acquisitions consulting.

 

Fast-forward to today, he helps companies improve efficiency and achieve growth by purchasing, selling, combining or restructuring. His strong suits include operations, due diligence, and creating powerful business strategies custom tailored to each client.

 

In his spare time, you can find him biking around South Tampa and traveling with his wife Claire. Bryson also advises on the board for Trash Butler.

Nicole Levy

Nicole brings over a decade of experience working with middle market and lower middle market companies to grow their business and maximize their values in advance of an exit strategy. Nicole has been involved with numerous M&A transactions with both strategic and financial buyers across a wide range of business services related industries.

 

Currently, Nicole leads Three Sixty Seven’s buys side practice, where she is responsible for developing, managing and executing the various phases of each engagement, including development of investment strategies, target market research and transactional management.  She has a strong marketing and interpersonal communications background in the professional services space.  Early in Nicole’s career she honed her skills working with the former public accounting firm, Arthur Anderson and later technology innovator, MarchFirst where she managed the development of  marketing programs and cultivated  joint venture opportunities  to offer clients a tiered approaching to growing and optimizing their businesses.

 

Nicole holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Illinois. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Ohio University. In her spare time Nicole enjoys traveling with her family, hiking, and stand up paddle boarding.  Most weekends, you’ll find her at an ice hockey rink across the Midwest watching her kids play hockey.
